Lola Chetti

LOLA CHETTI

Lola is Mauritian-French. She started her career in the judiciary and retired as a senior magistrate. Her passion for people development led her to volunteer as a teacher for refugees before she started a career in executive coaching and consulting in 2009.

Lola is an experienced coach who has worked with clients and organizations in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. Over the last decade, her focus region has been  Asia. She has  built an established executive coaching and leadership development training practice.

In 2017, Lola designed an organizational coach training program which is now accredited by ICF-ACTP. Lola has an Executive Masters in Consulting and Coaching for Change (Distinction) from INSEAD Business School. Her leadership and coaching modules are grounded in research and evidence-based techniques. 

Lola believes in creating social value and volunteers for causes in education and empowerment of women, children and vulnerable members of society.

T. C. Motzkus

T. C. MOTZKUS

T. C. Motzkus is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation (ICF), a Certified Mentor Coach through Invite Change, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI). She earned her MEd In Educational Leadership/Organizational Development, and Administration from Cardinal Stritch University (WI).

T. C.  has over 11 years’ experience coaching professionals in the education, community, service-based, and corporate worlds.

An experiential coach, T. C. approaches her role as a co-creator with her clients. She establishes and maintains a safe environment in which her clients envision, define, and then live into the culture in which they desire to lead, work, and live.

It is no wonder that her company is named, “On Belay,” a rock-climbing reference that captures the role of psychological, emotional, and physical safety necessary for personal growth.

T. C.’s volunteer activities include board membership and anti-trafficking advocate at the Family Center of Washington County (WI), volunteer and internal coach at Kettlebrook Church (WI), and member of Wisconsin Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development Board and Co-chair of Program Planning.

T. C. is an adventure-lover, kayaker, kayak instructor, skier, and sea glass collector.

Sharon Currier

SHARON CURRIER

Sharon Currier has over 25 years of experience as a senior executive and has spent her entire career helping companies (from start-ups to established Fortune 500 firms) with strategic planning and execution around the critical function of talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development.  

Sharon has worked with various industries and companies including Vistaprint, AKQA, Sentient Jet, Cramer, Digitas, and Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Sharon delivers value by applying her expertise in a range of areas including Management/Leadership Development, Talent Management, Global Talent Acquisition, Strategic Planning, Onboarding Methodologies, and Operations Improvement. 

Sharon is certified as a Human Capital Strategist, has an advanced certification in corporate coaching from Coach U, and is certified with the Hogan Leadership Assessment tool.  She was a recipient of the New England Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship award as well as 3 EMA awards for employment branding work. She is currently President of the Board of Directors for Friends of the Family Centre, a 501c3 focused on raising awareness and funding for at-risk youths.

MARY HENTON

Mary brings 30 years of education and leadership experience to her coaching and consulting practice. She has devoted her career to helping individuals and organizations achieve personal and professional goals. Mary was Director of Faculty Development and Bilingual Affairs at Université Chrétienne Bilingue du Congo and Strategy and Development Facilitator with the international nonprofit, Congo Initiative. In those positions she coached administrators, faculty, staff, and students as they developed leadership competencies.

Earlier in her career she worked with educational leaders to improve organizational culture, communication, and team collaboration through the nonprofit, Project Adventure. She has experience in the association world, having been a director at the National Middle School Association (now the Association for Middle Level Education). 

She holds a BA in English and education from Gordon College (MA) and an MEd in learning and development from Harvard University (MA). She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coach Federation (ICF) and in the process of earning an Enneagram certification through the Enneagram Institute of Ohio.

Deb Skarda Headshot

DEB SKARDA MBA, MSN, PCC

Deb brings over 30 years’ experience in healthcare, business, and people transformation. As an experienced leader  and coach, she knows the challenges of thriving in highly matrixed organizations, leading people across cultures and  global locations in addition to successfully navigating on-going change. 

Prior to her coaching career, Deb held senior leadership positions at Abbott, Hospira and AbbVie. She has had responsibility for nearly 100 employees and managed an expense budget of more than $350M. She held various leadership roles in R&D Quality Assurance, Business Transformation, Project Management, Medical Affairs, Medical Information and Patient Safety. She has experience with product launches, organizational redesign, new system/process implementation, communication strategies, operational efficiency and overall culture and engagement. 

Deb now partners with leaders in many industries to elevate their impact and enhance  their “success formula” through thought partnership, executive coaching, team coaching, and consultation. She is  passionate about supporting leaders who are striving to create more successful and fulfilled lives, careers, and  organizations. 

Deb is a Certified Professional Coach (ICF). In addition to her BS and MSc in Nursing (Viterbo University and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee), Deb holds an MBA with a specialization in International Management and Organizational Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

SUZANNE BANDY

Suzanne Bandy has over 30 years of experience in leading, recruiting, equipping, and empowering leaders, teams, and volunteers in non-profit and faith-based organizations. She knows the real challenges of creating teams utilizing volunteers with limited time and resources. All of this experience and knowledge informs, shapes, and influences her current coaching practice.

Over the years, she has encouraged and coached a wide range of personalities. As a YEC Certified Enneagram Coach, she delights in helping people discover their core motivations and how those motivations impact a person’s ability to lead others well. This awareness also helps each person to discover a deeper understanding of how they perceive the world and interact with others. 

She holds a BS in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University and a MA in Children and Family Ministry from Bethel Seminary (MN). She is currently working on her International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification and has additional advisor coach training utilizing CliftonStrengths.
