GROUP COACHING

Impact Now provides two group coaching opportunities: A structured group coaching program, Insight into Action, and custom group coaching that can be tailored to a particular group or team. The Insight into Action group coaching program is designed for leaders who want to meet challenges with courage, maintain clarity of purpose, cultivate resilience, and experience internal ease regardless of external chaos. Custom group coaching is appropriate for self-identified small groups (3 – 5 members) from the same or different organizations. We facilitate coaching sessions that meet your needs and address topics of particular interest to you

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Your unique strengths and needs drive individual coaching. Through the lenses of courage, clarity, and resilience, we work with clients who want to focus on areas such as

  • Aligning personal values with work
  • Developing greater self-confidence
  • Navigating conflict
  • Leading self and leading others
  • Maintaining work/life balance

COST

  • Individual coaching: $250 for 8 sessions over 4 months 
  • Team coaching (up to 5 members):  $200/person for 8 sessions over 4 months

Coaching in the US averages $200/hour for life coaching and $350+/hour for leadership coaching. Team coaching can cost $2000 to $5000, or more. 

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we  provide high quality coaching at a price within reach to most for-impact organizations.
